Getting the most from a pen
Storage, draw and battery care
Keep pens upright at room temperature so the oil stays where the wick can reach it. Draw for two to three seconds rather than one long pull, and let the coil rest ten seconds between hits so the oil never scorches.

- Warm a stiff pen in your palms before drawing

Do you ship to my province?
Every province and territory, Canada only. Transit is usually one to two days in Ontario, Quebec and the Prairies, and two to four days for British Columbia, the Atlantic provinces and the North. Pick your area on the provinces and cities page for local timing.
Which payment methods do you take?
Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin only. No card processor ever sees your basket, and both methods are confirmed by email before packing.
How do I choose strains for a multi-pack?
Select your pack size on the product page and a strain selector appears for each pen in that pack. Five of any single flavour is the maximum on one order.
My pen feels clogged. What now?
Cold thickens the oil. Keep pens at room temperature, warm a stiff one between your palms for five minutes, then draw gently until vapour returns.
What if a strain sells out after I order?
We substitute inside the same lane, sativa for sativa and so on. Leave a note at checkout with any backups you would be happy to receive.
